WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN AND HOW DO I FIND COLLINS STREET?

The gates open at 1pm and the event runs until 10pm. You might find Collins Street tricky to find on google maps as it's a private road, So the best thing to type into your search bar is 'The Urban Winery - 3 Ossian Street' which is where the festival entry will be.

IS THIS AN ALL AGES EVENT AND WHAT IS THE TICKET PRICING?

This one's an R18 event so unfortunately, you’ll have to leave your little ones at home. Limited Early Bird tickets are available for $45+ booking fees. General Admission tickets then start from $49+booking fee with tiered releases. So get in early for the best prices! Tickets are available for purchase from www.collinsstfestival.co.nz

WHAT TIME WILL THE MUSIC HAPPEN?

A incredible lineup of talent has been booked for the entire day with the first act on from 1pm and the final act finishing at 10pm - Set times will be released closer to the festival - so keep an eye out on your social media pages for this so you don't miss your favourite act!

What kind of food and drinks can I expect at the EVENT?

We have hand-picked the best of the best that Hawkes Bay has to offer. Our food and beverage stalls will be operating from 1pm - 10pm and you can check out the offerings on the Bevvy and Eats tabs here on the website which we will continue to update as we get closer to the festival.

Is there parking available near Collins St?

Explore the side streets around the festival venue for available on-street parking zones. Look out for designated spaces and adhere to any parking regulations in place. Carpooling works a dream! And if you are booking a taxi or uber - 3 Ossian Street is the address you are after.

Will there be seating available, or should I bring my own?

There will be seating available around the food and drink zones, and we encourage you get up and dance as you make your way towards the stage!

Can I bring food and drinks into the EVENT?

Unfortunately no not at this one. We have some incredible food and drink providers on board, so you will have plenty of options to choose from on the day!

Can I leave the festival and come back in later?

Unfortunately, there will be no pass-outs for this event. So bring everything you need for a fun day out.

Is my pet welcome in the festival?

Sorry, no furry friends are permitted entry into the event, so leave the pups at home and treat yourself to a night out!

IS THERE A VIP PACKAGE?

Watch this space! We will soon be adding a VIP offering at the event where you can experience some of the incredible venues within the neighborhood.

WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ACCESSIBLE GUESTS?

Venue access is via corner of Ossian Street which is a sealed road and is suitable for wheelchair access. Disabled parking will be available for Mobility Pass holders - there are limited spaces, and we recommend booking ahead of time.
